Brian R. Lindman, MD, MSc, is Medical Director of the Structural Heart and Valve Center and Associate Professor of Medicine at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN. His clinical expertise is heart valve disease and cardiac imaging to guide transcatheter valve procedures. Most of his time is spent on clinical translational research aimed at optimizing outcomes for patients with aortic stenosis using medical therapy, earlier timing of valve replacement, biomarkers to detect cardiac injury, and leveraging mobile health tools to improve post-procedure recovery.
