They can click on the ENROLL button if they are interested in participating. We would be happy to send you referral materials, such as flyers, business cards, and email invitations, that you can give to your patients. These invitations provide information about the AVITA Study, including the website (ValveSurvey.com) and how to enroll.
Because this is a pilot study, we ask our referring valve specialists to refer just a few patients at this time.
