We seek people with severe or symptomatic aortic stenosis who are actively considering their treatment options.
To participate in the study as a patient, you must:
- Have aortic stenosis (a narrow valve that does not open properly).
- Have been told by a clinician that you need to treat or replace your aortic valve.
- Have a scheduled appointment within the next 10 weeks with a valve specialist to discuss treatment for your aortic stenosis.
- Be 18 years old or older.
- Live in the USA and receive care in the USA.
- Have access to the internet and a valid email address.
- Be able to read English.
- Agree to participate in the study.
